Returns & Exchanges
Not loving your purchase? No problem! Just follow the steps below and we’ll be happy to make it right. An exchange or store credit is available within 10 days of receiving your package. To be eligible for a store credit or store exchange, items must be returned in their original condition, all tags attached, unworn and unwashed. Sale items, gift cards, swimwear or any item purchased with a discount/promo code, cannot be returned and are a FINAL SALE!!
To determine whether your purchase is eligible for return please email [email protected] with the following details:
Your name and order number
The item(s) you wish to return
Reason for return
We will do our best to respond to you within 24-72 hours. Once approved, you can send back the item(s) to the following address:

All return shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please take care when sending items back to us, as items lost in the mail are your responsibility and we cannot issue refunds on lost parcels. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item(s) and inform you on the status of your store credit or store exchange. Store credits never expire!
If you wish to cancel your order please email [email protected] within 24 hours of placing the order to obtain a refund. Refunds are subject to a 5% processing fee from payment terminal.
